Please join the district in congratulating Gregory Elementary School Principal Jeannette Harris on being named a 2023 New Jersey Exemplary Educator!
Mrs. Harris was nominated this spring for the 2023 New Jersey Exemplary Educator Recognition Program by a fellow Gregory School staff member. The goal of the program is to identify educators who are valued by their school and community and have exhibited strong knowledge and skills, an inspiring presence, and a clear vision for quality teaching and learning.
"During my short time in the district with Principal Harris, she has proven to be an outstanding leader and continues to be a staunch advocate for children. She has taken the initiative to explore innovative strategies to educate students in Trenton. Principal Harris' presence as a leader in Trenton is invaluable. Her hard work and dedication to her students, staff, and school do not go unnoticed and this recognition proves that." - Superintendent James Earle.
Only 123 educators in the entire state this year are receiving this recognition.
